AO3 - Produce a Marketing Campaign: Indirect Advertising

Initial Research
I have chosen to write a review for my mock-up of a form of indirect advertising. I undertook some research to see how best to present the review of my Unit 23 product, "Dead Air". The genre of my production is horror, and so I looked for reviews of this genre to see how they are conducted.

To produce my indirect advertisement, I worked individually.

A link to a few horror movie reviews...

...from reading the above and many other reviews of the same genre of movie, Horror, I have gathered that reviews generally begin with an overview of the watcher's experience, moving on to a short synopsis, either positively or negatively written, of the film. Reviews then take a linear approach to the movie, explaining what's good and what's bad about stand out points in the movie. Reviews generally have quotes from others to either argue or agree to back up their points. Reviews typically finish with a short statement about the whole movie, whether or not the reviewer enjoyed the experience, and how it left them feeling. I will write my review to the conventions used in the industry - anything alien to the target audience may result in customer loss.

Risk Assessment
Below is the risk assessment which I undertook to make sure that I work in a safe environment.

Hand-drawn design/plan
Below is my hand-drawn design of how I'd like the review to look on a one-page spread of a magazine. It will most likely feature in a well-known movie/gaming magazine. This is also evidence of me producing the review.

Review Draft
Below is a draft of the review that will feature in my magazine article. I wrote this on Microsoft Word. I will annotate and make changes to the review, and begin to re-write it in my final production.

Work in Progress
Below is a work-in-progress preview of my final production. This is evidence of post-production.

Final Production
Below is the final production of how my article will look in a magazine.
